Our History
GPE Infinity Consulting was established to provide organizations with the strategic, operational, and organizational support needed to grow, improve performance, and sustain long-term success.
Founded by Jamie Anderson, GPE is built on more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations across commercial, government, and nonprofit environments. Through this experience, GPE has developed a practical understanding of the challenges organizations face as they grow and evolve—from establishing foundational processes and organizational practices to improving operations, implementing systems, preparing for audits, and developing the capabilities necessary for continued success.
GPE was founded on the belief that effective organizational improvement begins with understanding how an organization actually operates. Consulting from the Inside Out means working alongside leadership and employees to understand the organization, evaluate its current practices, and develop solutions aligned with its goals, people, and operating environment.
Over the years, GPE’s experience has expanded across business and process development, operations, organizational improvement, compliance, technology, training, proposal development, and implementation. The organization has supported complex initiatives involving commercial and government contracting environments, including the development of more than 30 compliant prime proposals and oral presentations responsive to customer-defined requirements.
GPE’s experience also includes proposal development representing more than $1.95 billion in contract opportunities and more than 2,550 positions across roles including program management, security, information technology, helpdesk support, and acquisition.
In addition, GPE has experience evaluating organizational policies and procedures against established standards and frameworks, including CMMI practice areas, AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000. GPE has also supported organizations through audit preparation, developed user guides and training programs, and helped establish repeatable processes that enable organizations to perform consistently and effectively.
Today, GPE Infinity Consulting continues to build on this foundation by helping organizations strengthen Growth, Productivity, and Efficiency. Our work is designed to meet organizations where they are, understand where they want to go, and provide the support, expertise, and solutions necessary to move forward.

Jamie Anderson
Jamie Anderson is an operations and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience in business process, operations, recruiting, financial management, technology integration, and organizational improvement.
She has worked with C-level executives, boards of directors, stakeholders, program management offices, clients, employees, recruiters, and candidates to achieve organizational goals and positive outcomes.

Joan Byrd
Junior Analyst
Joan Byrd serves as a Junior Analyst with GPE Infinity Consulting, LLC, supporting the firm’s consulting, compliance, quality management, and business process improvement initiatives. In her role, Joan assists with research, data analysis, documentation, quality reviews, and the development of client deliverables that support organizational performance and regulatory and industry-standard requirements.
Joan contributes to projects involving management systems and organizational improvement, including ISO standards, CMMI, CMMC, and NIST-based compliance initiatives. She supports senior consultants and project teams by gathering and organizing information, reviewing documentation and evidence, maintaining project records, and helping ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
Known for her attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn, Joan brings a collaborative approach to each engagement. She is committed to developing her knowledge of management systems, cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, and process improvement practices while contributing to practical solutions that help GPE Infinity Consulting’s clients strengthen their operations and achieve their business objectives.
Thomas Anderson, II
Strategy Consultant
Thomas is CEO and Facilitator of Teaiiano Leadership Solutions. He has over 20 years' experience leading high-performance teams in faith-based organizations, 12 years' experience in leadership coaching and workshop facilitation, and 10 years' experience as a support staff member in secondary education. He is a recurring presenter at Regent University's Annual Research Roundtables and has published scholarly articles in the Journal of Practical Consulting (JPC) on coaching, organization change, well-being, and employee engagement. Thomas has generated high-performance results at the team level using volunteer and employee engagement techniques, strengths-based follower development strategies, and professional coaching competencies. Above all, Thomas enjoys being a devoted husband to wife, Jamie, and dedicated father to Arianna and Azalia.
